Ambassador Danilo Pantović talked today with Vladimir Kecmanović, writer and screenwriter, editor-in-chief of the RTS Cultural and Artistic Program, and Vladimir Tabašević, writer and screenwriter, winner of the NIN Award for the novel "The Misconception of St. Sebastian", 2018.

During the meeting, the guests showed interest in cooperation in the field of culture, and readiness to organize activities and communication, especially in the field of publishing and translating Serbian books into Spanish. Ambassador Pantović also pointed out other numerous possibilities for deepening ties between Serbia and Cuba in this area.

Also, they discussed the realization of the Serbian Film Festival in Havana, during 2022, which, as they pointed out, Kecmanović and Tabašević are able to support, in cooperation with the Film Center of Serbia. This cultural event will enrich the program, which is planned as part of the celebration of 120 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Cuba.
